Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Executing the order entry and order fullfilment process for an assigned business or customer group, including priority and essential customers with a high degree of complexity.
- Maintaining a thorough product knowledge and a good understanding of Dow's applications and service offerings.
- Strengthening customer relationships by building solid connections, understanding customer needs, and gathering market information.
- Coordinating activities for assigned customer accounts and proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.
- Maintaining service levels according to business priorities.
- Distinguishing between customer demands and Dow's capabilities, choosing the most cost-effective solution.
- Supporting commercial strategies across multiple businesses with Dow customers.
What do we offer?
- Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,400 per month
- Vacation pay of 8.33% of your gross annual salary
