What Will You Do?
Your day begins with a fresh cup of coffee or tea in the cafeteria before diving into work with your team. At our client's company, no two days are the same! The logistics team operates in three key areas—inbound, outbound, and stock—rotating weekly to keep the work engaging and diverse. During your training period, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our products and workflows, ensuring a confident start.
Your Responsibilities as a logistics employee:
- Receiving, sorting, and inspecting incoming goods.
- Picking orders according to the order list.
- Packing and unpacking goods.
- Preparing, processing, and loading outbound shipments.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keeping the warehouse organized and well-maintained.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts between 08:00–09:00 and 17:00–18:00.

- Availability for a full-time role (40 hours per week).
- Proficiency in English.
- A strong passion for physical work, combined with a tidy and safety-conscious work approach.
- Any relevant certifications, such as an EPT certificate, would be an advantage.
- Living in the vicinity of our European headquarters in Son (Netherlands).
- Possessing a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and references (or willing to provide them).
Primary employment conditions:
- Gross hourly wage of €14.50, depending on your skills/experience (40 hours per week).
- A permanent role within a day shift schedule.
- You will begin with a Phase A temporary contract via Olympia. With good performance, there is the potential for a direct contract with our client.
Secondary employment conditions:
- 8.33% holiday pay, paid out annually in June.
- Pension contributions begin after 8 weeks of employment. If you are already accumulating a pension with another agency, we will ensure a smooth transition.
