Manpower is looking for a Product Support Engineer for a company in Weesp.
As a Product Support Engineer, you will perform the following working activities:
- Being a first point of contact for dealers to filter questions
- Refer to dealer portal or internally to the right department/colleague
- Technical content analysis and assessment of change proposals for existing products based on technical drawings, diagrams and instructions for use
- Converting technical information into clear work instructions for the dealer portal;
- Drawing up technical specifications for new or possibly modified products
- Testing prototypes and new developments; Analyzing and assessing claims in technical areas, advising on and reporting product-related issues to management
- Advising managers on optimizing products and processes
