As an Account Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for managing the entire P2P process for the purchases assigned to you by our customers. You will handle purchase requests via our platform, taking care of procurement and order management. You'll be the crucial link between our customers and the company.
Your main responsibilities as an Account Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria will include:
1. Sales Advisory:
- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements to create tailored offers
- Negotiating on aspects such as quality, price, quantity, payment terms, delivery time, and packaging
- Placing orders
2. Expediting/Support:
- Providing advice and support throughout the order process
- Tracking orders to ensure correct and timely delivery
- Resolving issues and finding suitable solutions (After Care)
- Performing administrative follow-up and processing orders in our system
